Unparalleled marketing, world-class customer service, negotiation skills and a tireless work ethic have propelled Mehran to success in Toronto’s real estate market, and have helped make his practice one of the region’s fastest growing.
Mehran’s passion for real estate stemmed from his father’s real estate and construction business that operated for over 35 years. Right after graduating from university and receiving his bachelor’s degree, Mehran started his own business in the fashion sector.
Mehran’s hard work and persistence have earned him not only great success but more importantly broad experience and valuable skills in sales. All these in addition to his father’s background were the drivers for Mehran’s interest and desire to get involved in real estate.
Mehran started his real estate career with the HOMELIFE Brokerage and to provide his clients with higher standards of service, he joined RE/MAX REALTRON Brokerage in 2013. In the same year he was accredited with the ‘Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist’ designation which allowed him to start serving the ‘Luxury Home’ real estate sector.
His achievements also include being recognized as a recipient of some of the highest awards presented to Realtors who represent RE/MAX International. Mehran takes great pride, not only in his superior marketing strategies, but also his negotiating skills which have earned him both the trust and confidence of his clients. By utilizing leading edge marketing methods, Mehran has developed a network of buyers from across the globe, which has proven to be an invaluable asset in the luxury home segment of the real estate market.
